    What is the procedure for UltraShape Body Contouring?

    The UltraShape procedure is a clinically proven widely used non-surgical solution for fat destruction. With the help of pulsed focused ultrasound we can target and destroy fat cells, reduce body circumference and improve your body shape. With the latest technology we are able to use integrated vacuum-assisted Radio-Frequency to further improve fat cell removal, expedite fat clearance and tighten skin.

    Who is this treatment for?

    This treatment was designed to help men and women that are average to overweight and are looking for a non-surgical way to get an improved body shape and contour. The UltraShape treatment is great for patients looking to reduce localized fat deposits without surgery.

    What areas of the body are treated?

    The UltraShape treatment focuses on treating the thighs, abdomen and flanks (“love handles”)

    What should I expect the procedure to feel like?

    Most patients describe feeling a tingling or warmth on the area being treated.

    What kinds of results are expected?

    We recommend a three treatment regimen in order to achieve the best results. Clinical results show that after three treatments on average patients will see a 4cm reduction in circumference. The results you see could be different from the clinical trial results as with any non-invasive procedure the results are unique to each patient.

    How long should I expect to wait before seeing results?

    Once the procedure is completed it will take about 2-4 weeks for the broken-down fat cells to be naturally cleared by the body. Usually you will see a reduction in circumference and fat thickness within 14-28 days after the procedure is completed. It will usually take about 28 days after the final treatment to see maximal results.

    How long should I expect the results to last for?

    As long as you are able to maintain your weight through exercise and a healthy diet the results should be long lasting.

    Is the procedure safe?

    How does the procedure work?

    For the procedure we use patented UltraShape technology that works by using a handheld ultrasonic transducer to send pulsed focused ultrasound within the fat layer. The technology is designed to only break down fat cells and ensure surrounding structures stay intact. Each point of treatment is marked to make sure each point in a designated area is only treated once and the treatment is uniform.

    Where does the fat go after the UltraShape procedure?

    The fat cells are destroyed during the UltraShape procedure. The triglycerides and other fat cell content is broken down and transported to the liver. The fat turns into building blocks for energy after it is processed using the body’s natural mechanisms.
